Vicki graduated from Fleming College from the Cook Apprentice Program. After she completed her formal apprenticeship and successfully obtained her Red Seal Certification from the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities as a Cook she went on to gain valuable experience working in the long-term care and retirement sector and completed the Nutrition Manager Certification in 2003. Working as the Director of Dietary Services with AON she displays her passion for resident satisfaction and a love of quality improvement processes. She is a member in good standing with the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management and received her Certified Nutrition designation in 2009 from Canadian Council of Professional Certification & Accreditation.
