Program Learning Objectives for TWC 2025
As Baby Boomers get older, a profound demographic shift is underway. By 2040, the population over 80 in regions like Ontario, Canada will double. At Together We Care 2025, we’re exploring innovative solutions for the future of seniors’ care. We want to showcase your solutions for enhancing infrastructure, bolstering staffing, and fostering strategic partnerships to establish a robust support system for seniors now and in the future.
This year’s conference is bringing an extra emphasis on wellbeing, aiming to elevate residents' and staff members' quality of life through care practices, leading research, and collaborative partnerships. We invite abstracts that align with these goals, contributing to our collective mission of advancing excellence in care.
Our breakout sessions are selected for how they will deliver content with clear goals and practical implementation solutions for attendees to take home. Together, we will explore and share best practices in quality care to meet the evolving needs of Ontario’s seniors.
