Exhibitor Set-Up :

• Monday, April 8, 2024 | 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Trade Show Open:

• Tuesday, April 9, 2024 | 11:00 am - 5:00 pm 
• Wednesday, April 10, 2024 | 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Included in each 10×10 exhibit space is the pipe and drape only. Any furnishings, carpet, electrical, internet etc., will be ordered by you at your own expense. We will send those details closer to the conference. If you wish to provide your own furniture or carpet, please feel free.

Each 10×10 exhibit includes two exhibitor badges (no access to sessions). The exhibitor badge includes access to the Exhibit Hall, breaks and lunch both days. 
 

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations received before February 1, 2024 will be subject to a $100 admin fee.
No refunds will be made after February 1, 2024.
If we have not received full payment by February 1, 2024, your booth space may be cancelled at the discretion of the Together We Care 2024 Organizing Committee.
