If you would like to reserve a table with your company name, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, with the company name and total number of company representatives attending the Leadership Dinner or Margaritaville Party. The Event Secretariat will determine how many reserved company tables to assign to your company, based on the total number of company representatives in attendance.
**Please note, that tables reserved with a company name can only be reserved for companies that have registered five (5) or more company representatives to attend the Leadership Dinner and Margaritaville Party. Tables will not have individual attendee names assigned to them. If your table has empty seats at the time of the event, other attendees will be seated at your table with you. Finally, the Event Secretariat cannot guarantee the location of your tables in proximity to the stage. Tables are not assigned to the floor plan based on a first-come-first-served basis.
